Cancellation and Return Policy

The Customer retains the right to cancel an order at any point prior to its dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible. However, the Customer may exercise the option to refuse the delivery of the order at their doorstep.

The permissible timeframe for cancellation is contingent upon the specific product category. Orders cannot be cancelled once the designated cancellation window for that category has elapsed.

In certain instances, cancellation of an order after the specified timeframe may incur a cancellation fee. The definitive details regarding the cancellation window are stipulated on the product page or the order confirmation page.

In situations where the Seller initiates a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed for orders that have been prepaid.

Mytrikart.com reserves the irrevocable right to approve or deny the cancellation of any order. Furthermore, Mytrikart retains the right to modify or waive the cancellation window or associated fees at its discretion.

We retains the right to cancel an order, either partially or in full, due to reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, force majeure events, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of the Platform’s Terms of Use, or logistical impediments. In the event of an order cancellation initiated by Mytrikart, the User shall not be held liable for any charges associated with the cancelled order. Any payments previously made by the User for the cancelled order shall be refunded in full within a period of 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The User may monitor the status of their refund through the “Order Details” page or section on the Mytrikart Platform.

Mytrikart reserves the right to amend its return, cancellation, and refund policies from time to time, subject to reasonable terms and conditions. Such amendments shall be communicated to the User through various channels, including but not limited to notifications on the Mytrikart Platform, email communications, or any other communication methods deemed appropriate by Mytrikart. These amendments shall be in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement or as determined by Mytrikart.

Mytrikart.com Returns Policy

Applicability: This Returns Policy governs the return of products purchased by Customers on Mytrikart.com. The policy is provided by the respective sellers operating on the Mytrikart platform.

Return Options: Sellers may offer the following return options:

  1. Exchange: Replacing the purchased product with a different size, color, or variant of the same product.
  2. Replacement: Replacing the purchased product with an identical product.
  3. Refund: Issuing a monetary refund for the purchase price of the product.

Category-Specific Policies

In the event of any conflict between the general returns policy and the product-specific policy, the latter shall prevail. Customers are advised to review the product page for any exceptions to the general returns policy outlined herein.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

Alternative Pick-Up Address: If a Customer requests a return pick-up from an address different from the original delivery address, the request shall be accommodated only if the pick-up service is available at the new address.

Product Verification: During the product pick-up, the designated field executive shall verify the following conditions:

Correct Product The returned product must precisely match the original product purchased in all identifying aspects, including but not limited to: IMEI number, product name, image as depicted at the time of purchase, brand name, serial number, article number, and bar code. The manufacturer's suggested retail price (MRP) tag must be affixed to the product packaging, undetached, and clearly visible.
Complete Product The returned product must include all original components and accessories as provided at the time of purchase. This includes, but is not limited to: remote controls, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, and any freebies or combo items offered with the product. All components must be in the original manufacturer packaging and condition.
Unused Product The returned product must be in pristine condition, showing no signs of use, wear, or damage. This includes being free from any soiling, stains, or evidence of washing. All original quality check seals, return tags, and warranty seals must be intact and untampered. Electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops, and tablets must be formatted to factory settings, with all user data erased, and any screen lock mechanisms (PIN, pattern, or fingerprint) disabled. For Apple devices, the iCloud lock must also be deactivated.
Undamaged Product The returned product must be free from any physical damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, tears, or holes. This requirement extends to all parts of the product, including SIM trays, charging ports, headphone ports, and the back panel.
Undamaged Packaging The product must be returned in its original packaging, which must be in undamaged condition. This includes the box and any internal packaging materials.

Rejection of Return: The field executive reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a return if any of the aforementioned conditions are not met.

Refund Processing: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after the returned product has been received by the seller.

General Rules for a Successful Return

Refund in Lieu of Replacement: In situations where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason, a refund will be issued to the customer.

Missing/Damaged/Defective Accessories: If a product accessory is found to be missing, damaged, or defective, the seller retains the discretion to either process a replacement of the specific accessory or issue an e-Gift Voucher (eGV) of equivalent value to the customer.

Open Box Deliveries: In cases of open box deliveries where the customer receives a different or damaged product, a refund will be provided at the time of delivery.

Products Requiring Installation: For products that require installation, customers are instructed not to open the product packaging themselves. Authorized Mytrikart personnel will assist with the unboxing and installation process.

Furniture Returns: For furniture products, any issues reported will be assessed by authorized service personnel. Resolution will be attempted by replacing the faulty or defective parts. Full replacement of the furniture product will be considered only if deemed necessary by the service personnel.

Return Limitations: Mytrikart reserves the right to impose reasonable limitations on the number of returns permitted per order unit, subject to an evaluation of the product/order defect by an authorized Mytrikart representative.
